Sheriff, Rick Zerbe

Citizen RIMS is a records management system that shares non-sensitive law enforcement information with the general public.

Sheriff Rick Zerbe is committed to providing up-to-date information about our community. The Sheriff's goal is to ensure the Niobrara County Sheriff's Office is professional, transparent and presents information promptly.

On July 13, 2018, the Niobrara County Sheriff's Office and the Lusk Police Department began using a new records management system. This same system allows for citizens to have never before seen access to what is going on with Law Enforcement in Niobrara County, Wyoming.

This new system allows for real-time collaborations with outside law enforcement agencies. Crimes often cross county and state lines, without a collaborative effort between Law Enforcement, many offenses will go unchecked.

RIMS by Sun Ridge Systems, Inc. provides Law Enforcement with tools for the twenty-first century.

Citizens can also benefit because we are using RIMS through an open and free interface called; Citizens RIMS! Take a look under the following shared topics for Citizens RIMS.
